Cantina Terlan Pinot Blanc DOC

Cantina Terlan Pinot Blanc DOC
The Pinot Blanc from Cantina Terlan shows why South Tyrol is one of the best places for this grape variety: clearly structured, aromatically precise, with a finish that lingers for a long time.
Cantina Terlan, located in the municipality of Terlan north of Bolzano, is considered one of Italy's most prestigious wine cooperatives. On volcanic porphyry and quartz porphyry soils, combined with the cool mountain climate of the Adige Valley, white wines of exceptional depth and longevity are produced. The Pinot Bianco – traditionally called Weißburgunder in South Tyrol – has been one of the estate's flagship wines for decades.
In the glass, aromas of ripe apples and pears emerge, complemented by floral notes and a hint of almond. The wine is full-bodied yet light – a fine acidity holds everything together and ensures freshness right through to the long, clean finish.
