An alcohol-free white wine from Franconia that delivers more than just grape juice: smoky depth meets a subtle salt note and gentle residual sweetness.

The Sommerach winegrowers' cooperative is located in the Maindreieck region of Franconia – an area known for its mineral white wines. Their alcohol-free approach is "hangover-free": dealcoholized, but with a strong emphasis on character.

In the glass, it displays a light straw color. The nose offers gentle aromas of pear and peach, along with an unusual hint of smoke that piques the curiosity. On the palate, a mildly salty note – like a light touch of iodine – is supported by a soft texture and pleasant residual sweetness. The finish is short but harmonious.
