Winzer Sommerach Silvaner dry 1.0L

Winzer Sommerach Silvaner dry 1.0L
A Silvaner as it should come from Franconia: down-to-earth, dry, with that typical straightforwardness that makes the wine part of the meal instead of distracting from the food.
The Sommerach winegrowers cultivate vineyards around the market town of Sommerach on the Volkach Main River bend – one of the warmest winegrowing regions in Franconia, known for its limestone soils, which give Silvaner its characteristic spiciness and structure. The cooperative has been working with the region's winegrowers for decades and stands for straightforward, traditional Franconian winemaking.
In the glass, the Silvaner displays a pale yellow color with green reflections. The nose offers subtle aromas of white peach and herbs, along with a light earthy note reminiscent of freshly turned soil. On the palate, it is dry and straightforward, with medium acidity, a lean body, and a short, mineral finish.
