Beisiegel Sauvignon Blanc dry

Beisiegel Sauvignon Blanc dry
Elderflower, a hint of gooseberry and a touch of green grass — the Beisiegel Sauvignon Blanc reveals its varietal character directly and without detours. No evasion, no hiding behind oak or residual sweetness.
The Beisiegel winery is a family-run business from the Palatinate, a region known for precise white wines with clear fruit character. Their Sauvignon Blanc is one of their single-varietal white wines, which emphasize clean production and varietal purity—no barriques, no technical embellishments, just a direct connection to the grape variety.
In the glass, the wine opens with fresh elderflower and gooseberry, accompanied by a slightly grassy, herbaceous note typical of well-made Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, it is juicy and medium-bodied, the acidity is smoothly integrated and supports the wine without being harsh. The finish is fresh and of medium length, with a light citrus note that invites another sip.
