The Beisiegel winery is located in the Palatinate, one of the sunniest wine regions in Germany. Pinot Blanc thrives particularly well here thanks to the warm soils – it gains substance and richness, but retains the necessary freshness due to the cooler nights.

In the glass, the wine displays aromas of yellow stone fruit —ripe mirabelle plum, a hint of quince—with a subtle creamy note on the palate. The acidity is present but restrained, the finish dry and short with a mineral note. No oak influence, no overpowering—the profile remains straightforward and true to the variety.
