Seal Blanc de Noir dry
A white-pressed Pinot Noir that shows how much finesse the red Burgundy family can develop even in white: fresh, clear and with elegant fruitiness.
Beisiegel Winery in the Palatinate region processes Pinot Noir grapes into a Blanc de Noir – the skins are immediately separated from the must after harvesting, so the wine retains the aromas of the red grape variety without taking on its color. The result is a white wine with a distinctive profile.
In the glass, aromas of white peach and nectarine emerge, along with a light floral note. The acidity is lively and carries the wine without being harsh; the finish is short and uncomplicated. Perfectly balanced for a summer wine.
Serving suggestion: Serve well chilled at 10–12 °C. Pairs well with light summer dishes such as grilled chicken, goat cheese salad, or pasta with zucchini and herbs. Also a good choice as an uncomplicated patio wine on its own.
