Antinori has been producing this white wine since 1931 – one of the estate's oldest cuvées and still a classic of Tuscan wine history today.
Antinori is one of Italy's most renowned wineries, family-owned for over 600 years and deeply rooted in Tuscany. The Villa Antinori Bianco reflects the house style: artisanal care without eccentricity, suitable for everyday life without being ordinary. In the 1980s, Antinori added a portion of Chardonnay to the classic base of Trebbiano and Malvasia – since then, the cuvée has offered more body and creaminess.
In the glass, aromas of white peach, acacia blossom, and a hint of citrus zest emerge. The texture is lean, the acidity lively without sharpness, and the finish is dry and pleasantly short.
Best served between 10 and 12 °C. Pairs well with grilled sea bass, spaghetti alle vongole, or a light goat cheese. An uncomplicated companion for a weeknight evening – or as an aperitif on the terrace.

Clearly everyday. The Villa Antinori Bianco has been conceived as an uncomplicated house classic since 1931—solidly crafted, without any claim to complexity. Good for a weeknight, not for the wine cellar.
How long can I cellar it?
The 2025 is designed for fresh drinking maturity. Drink within one to two years of the vintage—long storage is not worthwhile for this style; the fruit is its strongest argument.
Which grape varieties make up the cuvée?
The base consists of Trebbiano and Malvasia, supplemented since the 1980s by a portion of Chardonnay. The Chardonnay brings a bit more body and melt to the cuvée—this distinguishes it from older vintages of the wine.
The Winery
Marchesi Antinori from Florence is one of the oldest and most significant wineries in the world: Since 1385, the family has been continuously cultivating wine and still manages the company in its own hands today.
In 1971, together with oenologist Giacomo Tachis, Piero Antinori laid the foundation for a revolution when he created the Tignanello, the first Super Tuscan – a Sangiovese-Cabernet blend aged in barriques that permanently changed the wine world.
Today, Piero's daughters Albiera, Allegra, and Alessia steer the company, which owns around 1,200 hectares of vineyards in Tuscany, Umbria, Piedmont, Apulia, and California. Tradition and a bold spirit of innovation are not opposites at Antinori, but the foundation of every single bottle.
