Santa Cristina Rosso

An accessible Tuscan red wine from one of Italy's most famous wineries — uncomplicated in the best sense, with genuine character in the glass.

Antinori is one of Italy's oldest wine dynasties: rooted in Florence since 1385, today with estates in Tuscany, Umbria, and beyond. The Santa Cristina Rosso is the classic entry into the Antinori range — a cuvée of five red grape varieties from Tuscany, vinified in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with subsequent partial aging in oak barrels.

In the glass, it glows in rich ruby red. The nose shows ripe dark cherries and blackberries, underscored by a light wood tone from the barrel aging. On the palate, medium body, soft tannins, pleasant freshness — a wine without sharp edges that can be drunk immediately. The finish is short to medium-long, fruity-round.

Awarded the Gold Medal of the Berlin Wine Trophy.

Antinori

Marchesi Antinori from Florence is one of the oldest and most prestigious wineries in the world: the family has been cultivating wine continuously since 1385 and still owns and manages the company today. In 1971, Piero Antinori, together with oenologist Giacomo Tachis, laid the foundation for a revolution when he created Tignanello, the first Super Tuscan – a Sangiovese-Cabernet blend aged in barriques, which fundamentally changed the wine world. Today, Piero's daughters Albiera, Allegra, and Alessia manage the company, which owns approximately 1,200 hectares of vineyards in Tuscany, Umbria, Piedmont, Apulia, and California. At Antinori, tradition and bold innovation are not opposites, but rather the foundation of every single bottle.
