About the evening
Super Tuscan refers to modern top-tier wines from Tuscany that were created outside of the classic origin regulations and are therefore interpreted with particular freedom. They combine tradition with an international style and have left a lasting mark on the wine world. The focus this evening is on selected Tuscan red wines that impressively reflect this modern style.
How the evening works
The entire evening will be moderated by our wine expert. For each course, we will introduce you to the accompanying wines: their origin, the grape varieties used, and the special features of the respective producers.
There will always be room for questions – whether about aging, style, or regional differences. You don't need any prior knowledge, just curiosity and a joy for indulgence.

The menu
The tasting is accompanied by a corresponding 4-course menu that picks up on the style of the wines and rounds off the experience in a culinary way.
Upon request, we also offer a vegetarian menu option – just let us know when booking.
