Over the evening
Super Tuscan refers to modern, top-quality wines from Tuscany that were produced outside the classic appellation regulations and are therefore interpreted with particular freedom. They combine tradition with international style and have had a lasting impact on the wine world. This evening's focus is on selected Tuscan red wines that impressively reflect this modern style.
This is how the evening goes
The entire evening will be moderated by our wine expert. With each course, we will introduce you to the accompanying wines: their origin, the grape varieties used, and the special characteristics of the respective producers.
There will always be room for questions – whether about construction, style, or regional differences. No prior knowledge is needed, just curiosity and a love of good food.

Guado al Tasso Il Bruciato Bolgheri
Grattamacco Rosso Bolgheri Superiore
Tenuta Argentiera - Argentiera Bolgheri
Ornellaia Bolgheri Superiore DOC
The menu
The tasting is accompanied by a corresponding 4-course menu that reflects the style of the wines and rounds off the culinary experience.
We also offer a vegetarian menu option upon request – simply let us know when booking.
The menu will be announced at a later date.
