About the evening
Super Tuscan refers to modern top wines from Tuscany that were created outside of classic origin requirements and are therefore interpreted with particular freedom. They combine tradition with an international style and have left a lasting mark on the wine world. The focus this evening is on selected top Tuscan wines as well as characterful classics from renowned estates – from fresh white wine to expressive red wines that impressively reflect this modern style.
How the evening works
The entire evening will be moderated by our wine expert. For each course, we will introduce you to the accompanying wines: their origin, the grape varieties used, and the special features of the respective producers.
There will always be room for questions – whether about vinification, style, or regional differences. You do not need any prior knowledge, just curiosity and a joy for indulgence.
The wines

Subject to changes in the wine selection. Should a planned wine be unavailable at short notice, we will select an adequate, harmonious replacement.
The menu
The tasting will be accompanied by a corresponding 4-course menu that picks up on the style of the wines and rounds off the experience culinarily. The menu will be announced at a later date.
Upon request, we also offer a vegetarian menu option – simply let us know when booking.
