About the evening
Bordeaux stands for structure, elegance, and aging potential like almost no other wine region. For centuries, this origin has shaped international viticulture and is considered the benchmark for classic style and great wines with history.
This evening, we present a careful selection of characterful Bordeaux wines that reflect the diversity and depth of this legendary region. Shaped by terroir, experience, and traditional craftsmanship, the wines impressively show why Bordeaux remains one of the most significant wine regions in the world today.
An evening for all who appreciate classic wines and are eager to rediscover familiar styles.
How the evening works
The entire evening will be moderated by our wine expert. For each course, we will introduce you to the accompanying wines: their origin, the special features of the individual appellations, and the style of the wines.
There will always be room for questions – whether about grape varieties, vinification, maturity, or the ideal drinking temperature. You do not need any prior knowledge, just an interest in great wines and a joy for conscious indulgence.
The wines
This evening, we will taste selected wines from Bordeaux that reflect the diversity and character of this traditional region. The following wines will be poured:
Subject to changes in the wine selection. Should a planned wine be unavailable at short notice, we will select an adequate, harmonious replacement.
The menu
The tasting will be accompanied by a corresponding 4-course menu that picks up on the structure and aromatics of the wines and complements the experience culinarily. The menu will be announced at a later date.
Upon request, we also offer a vegetarian menu option – simply let us know when booking.

The price includes all wines for the tasting, the menu, as well as water and bread.
