Malesan - Crémant de Bordeaux Rose Brut

A rosé Crémant from Bordeaux, fermented in the bottle using the traditional method — classically produced from hand-harvesting to disgorging. Cabernet Franc as the base gives this sparkling wine an aromatic distinctiveness that many Crémants from other regions lack.

In the glass, it shines a clear, pale pink, the perlage is fine and long-lasting. The nose reveals red berries—raspberry, cranberry—with a fresh, slightly floral note in the background. On the palate, lively acidity, medium body, dry finish without any noticeable residual sweetness. Not a heavy, fruity style, but a crisp, elegant Crémant with a clear profile.

A safe choice as an aperitif, but also suitable for a full meal: salmon tartare, grilled prawns with lemon oil, strawberry salad with burrata, or light desserts such as macarons. Serve at 7–9 °C , drink within two years.
