Château du Bousquet, located just east of the town of Bourg, is renowned for its outstanding wines, thanks in no small part to the dedicated work of cellar master Antoine de Oliveira. The Château du Bousquet - Côtes de Bourg, in particular, is a very elegant, well-rounded wine of deep red color, with aromas reminiscent of raspberries, gooseberries, and currants, along with subtle hints of oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied with silky yet firm tannins.
