Cru La Maqueline Cremant de Bordeaux Brut Nature

Cru La Maqueline Cremant de Bordeaux Brut Nature
A Crémant from Bordeaux – not an everyday choice, but one worth making. Brut Nature means: no dosage, no added residual sugar after disgorgement. What remains in the glass is the pure expression of the fruit.
Pale straw yellow, fine perlage. On the nose, citrus peel, grapefruit, and a hint of exotic fruit. On the palate, dry and crisp, with invigorating acidity and a clean finish. The grapes are gently pressed after harvesting and left to rest for 12 to 24 hours before fermentation – classic sparkling wine vinification according to the traditional method.
Ideal as an aperitif, with oysters, seafood or light goat cheese. Serving temperature: 7–9 °C.

It would have been easier to rest on their laurels. But the Castell family thinks ahead. They preserve their expertise, pass on their passion to the next generation, and cultivate their châteaux and estates with joy and vision. For them, wine is more than a product: it's about culture. About sharing knowledge, exchanging ideas with chefs, sommeliers, and all those who love good taste. Producing regional wines and Grands Crus is one thing. Another is keeping nothing to themselves. Sustainably, responsibly, and with heart. Because at Castel Châteaux & Grands Crus, they live by the conviction that wine must follow its own vision. Persistently, boldly, and with a flame that carries on – from generation to generation.
