Côte de Beaune-Villages

Côte de Beaune-Villages
Côte de Beaune-Villages is a classic red wine from southern Burgundy – produced in a small, exclusive AOC reserved solely for 16 selected villages in the Côte de Beaune. Here, Pinot Noir thrives on calcareous brown clay soil, reaching its most elegant and subtle form.
In the glass, it shines a brilliant ruby red with garnet highlights . The nose unfolds the typical Burgundian bouquet: ripe sour cherry, raspberry, and blackberry mingle with delicate notes of violet, forest floor, subtle spice, and a hint of undergrowth. On the palate, it is precise and silky, with a fine tannin structure, lively acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish – Burgundian elegance in its purest form.
With approximately 13.0% alcohol by volume and an ideal serving temperature of 14–16 °C, it pairs well with poultry, lamb dishes, mushroom risotto, and fine Burgundy cheeses. A wine to enjoy today – and with aging potential of up to 10 years .
