The Mâconnais is where Southern France begins - and you can taste it in the Mâcon Villages from Louis Jadot: a wine with sex appeal, carefree and sunny like the start of a vacation with aromas of crisp, fresh Granny Smith and pink grapefruit.
The grapes come from various villages appellations of the Mâconnais, from winemakers who have been working with Louis Jadot for a long time. The vineyards themselves are controlled by Jadot, and only fresh grapes of the best quality are accepted at the winery. The Mâcon Village blanc is aged purely in steel tanks to preserve a maximum of floral and fruity notes in the wine.
