Pine tree. Sweeten the day. Sweet white wine blend.

A lovely white wine blend for moments when the day calls for something sweet — fruity, aromatic and uncomplicated.

The Kiefer winery from Baden unites four expressive grape varieties in this cuvée: Scheurebe, Muscat, Muskaris, and Gewürztraminer . The combination is no coincidence—all four varieties share a pronounced aromatic profile that enhances each other rather than overpowering one another.

In the glass, the wine reveals aromas of ripe nectarine, white peach, and a hint of rose petal, typical of Gewürztraminer and Muscat. Sweet, but not heavy—the natural acidity of the Scheurebe grape balances the sweetness and provides a refreshing finish.

Serving suggestion: well chilled at 8–10 °C, as an accompaniment to mildly spicy Asian cuisine , fruit tarts, or as an aperitif on the patio. It's also delicious on its own on a warm evening.

The Friedrich Kiefer winery in Eichstetten am Kaiserstuhl looks back on a history that began in 1851 – founded by a teacher from the Markgräflerland region who passionately dedicated himself to what was then a completely new endeavor. Since 2008, the winery has been run by Helene, a certified oenologist, and Martin, a certified engineer, who cultivates over 100 hectares of vines on the characteristic volcanic weathering rock and loess of the Kaiserstuhl region, together with long-standing partner winegrowers. Their motto is "Wine / Style / Performance" – and this is reflected both in their meticulously crafted wines and in labels that inspire enjoyment rather than mere show.
