Wolfberger Cremant ICE Papillon
Wolfberger's Crémant ICE Papillon is an Alsatian sparkling wine for social gatherings – not for the cellar. The Wolfberger cooperative, rooted in Alsace for over 100 years, vinifies this Crémant d'Alsace using the traditional method of bottle fermentation, which explains its fine, persistent perlage.
The nose reveals fresh berry fruit – raspberry, red currant – and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is silky and light-footed, with a crisp freshness and a clean, fruity finish.
Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C , straight from the ice bucket. Goes well with finger food, strawberries with mint, or fresh goat cheese.

Wolfberger is the leading wine brand of Alsace – founded in 1902 in Eguisheim, known under this name since 1976, and still a benchmark for Alsatian quality. Around 450 contracted winegrowers cultivate 1,200 hectares of vineyards stretching almost 100 kilometers from north to south, encompassing 15 Grand Cru vineyards and approximately 13,000 parcels. As the largest Crémant producer in Alsace, Wolfberger produces roughly half of the region's sparkling wines – using the traditional method of extended lees contact. Organic certification for more than 15 years and several ISO awards attest to its serious commitment to quality and sustainability.
