Wolfberger Cremant Alsace Demi Sec AOC
The Wolfberger Crémant d'Alsace Demi Sec comes from one of the most prestigious Alsatian winegrowers' cooperatives — founded in 1902, now comprising over 1,200 winegrowers. Vinified according to the traditional Méthode Champenoise with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Demi-Sec means a noticeably lower dosage than Brut: fruity aromas of grapes, green apple, and a hint of white pear, rounded off by a fine, creamy perlage. Soft and approachable on the palate, with pleasant residual sweetness and a fresh Alsatian acidity on the finish.
Serving temperature: 6–8 °C. Pairs well with fruity desserts, apple pie or macarons — also as an aperitif for those who find Brut too dry.

Wolfberger is the leading wine brand of Alsace – founded in 1902 in Eguisheim, known under this name since 1976, and still a benchmark for Alsatian quality. Around 450 contracted winegrowers cultivate 1,200 hectares of vineyards stretching almost 100 kilometers from north to south, encompassing 15 Grand Cru vineyards and approximately 13,000 parcels. As the largest Crémant producer in Alsace, Wolfberger produces roughly half of the region's sparkling wines – using the traditional method of extended lees contact. Organic certification for more than 15 years and several ISO awards attest to its serious commitment to quality and sustainability.
