Wolfberger Pinot Noir Signature

An approachable Alsatian Pinot Noir with a Burgundy-like character — fruity, light-footed and with a fine spicy depth.

Wolfberger is one of the most traditional winegrowers' cooperatives in Alsace, founded in 1902 in Eguisheim. With approximately 1,100 hectares of vineyards and over 1,000 winegrowing families, it is one of the region's most important producers. The Signature line represents classic Alsatian style: varietally typical, handcrafted, and easy to drink.

In the glass, the Pinot Noir displays a clear ruby garnet color. The nose offers aromas of raspberry and sweet cherry, underpinned by a subtle hint of clove. On the palate, it is fresh and medium-light, with silky, well-integrated tannins—typical of cool Alsatian vineyards, which impart lively acidity and red fruit notes to the Pinot Noir on the finish.

Serving temperature 14–16 °C . Drink now. Pairs well with Alsatian tarte flambée, grilled salmon, poultry with mushroom sauce or mild Munster cheese.

Wolfberger

Wolfberger is the leading wine brand of Alsace – founded in 1902 in Eguisheim, known under this name since 1976, and still a benchmark for Alsatian quality. Around 450 contracted winegrowers cultivate 1,200 hectares of vineyards stretching almost 100 kilometers from north to south, encompassing 15 Grand Cru vineyards and approximately 13,000 parcels. As the largest Crémant producer in Alsace, Wolfberger produces roughly half of the region's sparkling wines – using the traditional method of extended lees contact. Organic certification for more than 15 years and several ISO awards attest to its serious commitment to quality and sustainability.
