Mont Mes Pinot Grigio dry

Castelfeder is located in Auer in the South Tyrolean lowlands, nestled between the Dolomites and Lake Garda. The family winery works with vineyard sites that benefit from temperature differences between day and night — precisely what gives white wines like this one their vibrancy.

In the glass, Mont Mes displays a pale straw yellow color. The nose offers aromas of ripe pear and apple, along with a fresh, slightly floral note. On the palate, it is smooth without being heavy—medium-bodied, with well-integrated acidity and a round, clean finish without bitterness.
