Monte Mes Bianco is an exceptionally popular white wine cuvée from the Castelfeder winery, with a greenish-yellow hue. On the nose, this cuvée impresses with delicate fruity aromas and a lively, fresh taste on the palate. The unique harmony between the different grape varieties demonstrates the enormous potential of South Tyrolean white wines. Summer cuisine is known for its light fare, dominated by salads and vegetables. Our summer wine harmonizes perfectly with these dishes. It pairs wonderfully with asparagus and light fish appetizers.
