Castelfeder Vernatsch Old Vines

Bright pink color, delicate and pleasant aroma, fresh and lively taste. Suitable as an aperitif, it pairs well with cold appetizers, pasta dishes, and roasted and seasoned meats. Vernatsch is an indigenous grape variety unique to South Tyrol. Its unusually large berries produce the typical fruity and light South Tyrolean red wine. This wine thrives in special single vineyard sites on the slopes of Breitbach, a hamlet in the municipality of Kurtatsch in the South Tyrolean lowlands.
