Argiolas Serra Lori Isola dei Nuraghi Rosato
A Sardinian rosé with a clear personality: fresh, spicy and with the unmistakable character of the island.
Argiolas is Sardinia's most famous winery – founded in 1938 by Antonio Argiolas and now run by the third generation. The family cultivates around 230 hectares in the Trexenta region in the south of the island, on calcareous soils with a Mediterranean climate. Their Serra Lori carries the IGT designation Isola dei Nuraghi and showcases the potential of Sardinian grape varieties in the rosé style.
In the glass, a pale salmon pink. On the nose, strawberry and red currant, with a hint of grapefruit and dried herbs – typical of the island's indigenous grape varieties. Lively on the palate, with crisp acidity and a spicy, slightly mineral character. The finish is fruity and pleasantly long.
Serving temperature 8–10 °C. Pairs well with grilled fish, seafood, Pecorino Sardo, or a summery tomato and burrata salad. Drink now – this rosé thrives on its freshness.
