Dry white wine has a maximum of 4 grams of residual sugar per liter, or up to 9 grams if the acidity is correspondingly high. It tastes fresh and clear, with fruit and acidity in the foreground rather than sweetness.

Here you will find over 1,400 dry white wines: most commonly Chardonnay, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Grüner Veltliner, and Italian grape varieties such as Vermentino or Pecorino. Prefer something with a bit of fruit sweetness? Then take a look at semi-dry & off-dry white wine.
