From the Palatinate region, where the Philipp Kuhn winery is among the most reliable addresses for precise vinification: a sparkling wine made exclusively from Goldmuskateller grapes. This grape variety brings its distinctive floral character directly to the glass – without being diluted by blending.
Straw yellow, with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose offers aromas of spring blossoms, citrus peel, and a hint of white peach – typical of the Goldmuskateller style. On the palate, it is fresh, with lively acidity and a clean, dry finish. The Brut style deliberately keeps the dosage low so that the varietal characteristics remain prominent.
As an aperitif, with light fish pastries, or as an accompaniment to goat cheese. Serving temperature: 7–9 °C.
