Philipp Kuhn Freestyle Yellow Muscat and Gold Muscat dry

Two Muscat varieties, one glass: Philipp Kuhn combines Yellow Muscat and Gold Muscat from Laumersheim to create a dry white wine that smells like a summer evening before you've even drunk it.

The Philipp Kuhn winery is one of the most reliable producers in the Palatinate region . The vines in Laumersheim grow on loess, sand, and gravel over limestone—a subsoil that provides both freshness and structure. Kuhn's "Freistil" style is uncomplicated: approachable, suitable for everyday enjoyment, without smoothing over any rough edges.

The typical Muscat aromas are evident in the glass: orange blossom, elderflower, a hint of mango, and fresh grape. These are complemented by notes of hay and green apple, which keep the wine light and easy to drink. The alcohol content is deliberately low, making it light on the palate and perfect for enjoying on a long summer evening.
