Niepoort Tawny Port Junior 3 Years

"There are two different port worlds," explains Dirk Niepoort… the dark, fruity "Junior" Tinto and the light, cherry-scented "Senior" Tawny represent the two categories ideally. Both form a pair in blue and red and are delivered packed in individual boxes. The Niepoort lettering is arranged on them in such a way that, like a puzzle, it only appears complete when both boxes are standing next to each other. Thus, it is visually clearly shown that Niepoort is also only complete when both port categories are present.

The Junior Tawny from Niepoort has a subtle sweetness and is about three and a half years old, stored in small wooden barrels. It presents itself in a radiant red and offers aromas of nuts and dried fruits. This Tawny can be stored well, but does not gain extra quality from it.
