On the nose, the Natureo Tinto displays an aromatic, fruit-forward bouquet of juicy ripe raspberries and quince jelly, underpinned by only very subtle hints of French oak (like freshly toasted bread, vanilla). On the palate, it is velvety smooth, juicy and harmoniously balanced with the fine fruit of the bouquet and a touch of sweetness in the finish.
Following the usual winemaking procedure with maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the finished wine was gently dehydrated using an innovative dual process in conical columns.
The result is a wine-based beverage with all the aromas and natural components of a wine, except for the alcohol (or a maximum of 0.5% by volume). To preserve its distinctively fresh, fruit-forward character, Natureo Tinto Syrah is bottled early, in July, and released for sale soon after.

Best non-alcoholic red wine so far.
So far the best non-alcoholic red wine I have drunk. Even wine connoisseurs enjoy it. Sufficient body and nicely round taste. A successful alternative at least for my taste

How does the non-alcoholic Natureo Tinto taste?
It brings a lot of juicy fruit into the glass. You taste ripe raspberries and quince jelly, accompanied by a fine vanilla and roasted note. On the palate, this single-varietal Syrah is velvety soft with a hint of sweetness in the finish.
How is this wine without alcohol produced?
First, the Syrah from Catalonia is fermented in a classic way and aged in a steel tank. Only afterwards is the alcohol removed by a gentle process in conical columns. This preserves the typical wine aromas.
What dishes does the Natureo Tinto go best with?
With its fruity nature and gentle texture, it is a great companion to Mediterranean cuisine. Try it with pasta with fruity tomato sauce, a classic pizza, or even fried meat.
How do I best serve the wine?
Slightly chilled at about 14 to 16 degrees, the fruit of this Syrah comes into its own particularly well. Thanks to the practical screw cap, the bottle can be easily resealed after pouring and stored in the refrigerator.
Is the wine 100% free of alcohol?
As with almost all non-alcoholic wines, a minimal residual alcohol of a maximum of 0.5 percent by volume can be contained. This is technically conditioned and corresponds roughly to the natural alcohol content of fruit juices or very ripe fruit.
