Santa Digna Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for Torres Santa Digna Rosado Reserva are harvested from the beginning of April, immediately transported to the winery, and macerated for two days to naturally extract maximum intensity of the cherry-red color and fruity varietal aromas from the grape skins. Fermentation then begins, lasting approximately three weeks at a controlled temperature of 18°C ​​in stainless steel tanks. To fully preserve the juicy varietal fruit and freshness of the Cabernet Sauvignon, the rosé is vinified exclusively in stainless steel tanks, not aged in oak barrels, and bottled early. Color: bright, glossy cherry red. Aroma: seductive bouquet of fragrant strawberries and juicy, ripe plums with tart, fresh notes of citrus fruits (grapefruit). The Santa Digna Rosé is powerful and refreshing on the palate with juicy fruit and a delicate interplay of acidity, finishing elegant and sensual with a long, fruity, and aromatic aftertaste.
