Sangre de Toro Tinto alcohol-free
Torres' alcohol-free Sangre de Toro Tinto shows that enjoying wine without alcohol can be more than a compromise — provided there is a serious winery behind it.
Torres, from the Penedès region, is one of Spain's most renowned wine-growing addresses. Family-owned for over 150 years, the estate invested early in sustainability projects and new technologies — including gentle dealcoholization processes that largely preserve the aromatic profile of the original wine.
In the glass, the wine shines a deep cherry red. The nose offers juicy raspberry, quince jelly, and a delicate hint of toasted bread, suggesting brief contact with French oak. On the palate, it is soft and juicy, the red fruit remains prominent, and a subtle sweetness finishes the wine.
Serving suggestion: Serve well chilled, between 14 and 16 °C. Pairs well with grilled vegetables, tomato pasta, mild goat cheese, or as an accompaniment to a relaxed evening without alcohol. Also a good choice for lunch or as a refreshing alternative while driving.
