Natureo Free Blanco alcohol-free

Healthy and perfectly ripe, the Moscatel grapes for Torres' Natureo will be harvested starting September 6th and vinified exactly like a classic Torres white wine: All the harvested grapes are rigorously sorted, and only the selected best grapes are fully destemmed and crushed before being pressed. The must is then drawn off, gently clarified, and undergoes a cool fermentation process of approximately two weeks in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 14 to 16 °C. So far, so good. But now, using an innovative, dual process in rotating conical columns, the alcohol is carefully removed from the white wine. The result is a wine-based beverage with a full varietal aroma, all the natural vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals – but free (< 0.5%) of alcohol.

Color: light straw yellow with a greenish sheen

Aroma: intense, fragrant bouquet with the typical varietal aromas of rose petals, ripe pears, bananas and a fresh hint of citrus fruits

Taste: deliciously refreshing on the palate with subtle hints of the aromas already detected in the bouquet and a beautiful length in the finish.
