Manso de Velasco Cabernet Sauvignon

Manso de Velasco Cabernet Sauvignon
The Manso de Velasco Cabernet Sauvignon from Miguel Torres, Chile, is an iconic red wine from the Curicó Valley in the Central Valley – made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon vines over 100 years old. The poor, gravelly soils produce deeply concentrated, small berries with a fine structure, elegance, and longevity.
In the glass, it displays a deep ruby red to ruby garnet color . The nose unfolds aromas of small black and red fruits, wild berries, blackberry, jam, leather, cedarwood, and dark chocolate , complemented by delicate, herbal notes. On the palate, the wine is juicy, round, and full-bodied, with velvety tannins, integrated acidity, and a long, subtly spicy finish.
With an alcohol content of approximately 13.5% ABV and ideal serving temperature of 16–18 °C, Manso de Velasco pairs perfectly with beef, game, steak or strong cheeses and offers great storage potential for decades to come.
