Castelfeder Riserva Burgum Novum Sauvignon Blanc

The Sauvignon Blanc Burgum Novum Riserva captivates with its brilliant, bright straw yellow color and green highlights. This special selection is characterized by secondary aromas and a highly mineral bouquet. Partial oak aging lends it the typical smoky note of a mature Sauvignon Blanc. Alongside the yellow and exotic fruit aromas, a light vegetal note of nettle and elderflower mingles. Full-bodied and saline, it culminates in a long, lingering finish. Hand-harvested, cold macerated for 12 hours, alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation in tonneaux and stainless steel, aged for 12 months (50% in tonneaux and 50% in stainless steel), then 12 months in stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 months of bottle aging.
