Gianduia is inextricably linked to Piedmont—the region where hazelnuts and chocolate have been inextricably linked since the 19th century. These Tartufi dolci embrace this very tradition: small truffles made from fine hazelnut gianduia chocolate that melt instantly on the palate, releasing a creamy, nutty aroma. The bag contains approximately 14 pieces—perfect as a gift or a delightful finale to a dinner. Gluten-free.

At the table, the tartufi pair perfectly with a glass of Moscato d'Asti: the Muscat's subtle sweetness and peach aromas complement the nutty chocolate notes without overpowering them. A mature Tawny Port or a Banyuls from Roussillon also harmonizes beautifully with the rich, melty texture of the gianduia. Serving temperature: room temperature.
