Yarden Mount Hermon White

Mount Hermon White is a blend of Muscat, Viognier, and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. In the glass, it displays a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Its fruity bouquet offers aromas of green apples, pears, gooseberries, and a hint of peach. Juicy and well-rounded, yet harmonious and with a long finish, this is how the wine presents itself on the palate. A truly uncomplicated pleasure that leaves you wanting more. Falstaff: 88 points for the 2019 vintage. Kosher Lamehadrin, Kosher for Passover, Rabbi Avraham D. Oyerbach, Tiberias, according to EU Regulation C375/05

Golan Heights Winery

Golan Heights Winery – vineyards north of the Sea of Galilee, at altitudes between 400 and 1,100 meters. Volcanic soils, a cool climate – ideal conditions for wine. In 1983, four kibbutzim and moshavim joined forces and founded the winery in Katzrin. In 1992, winemaker Victor Schoenfeld joined, bringing experience from France and America. His influence contributed significantly to its success. The award-winning Yarden line is adorned with a mosaic-decorated oil lamp. "Yarden" – the Hebrew word for Jordan. A wine region that surprises and delights.
