Yarden Sauvignon Blanc

The Yarden Sauvignon Blanc from the Golan Heights is a high-quality white wine that can easily stand comparison with renowned European Sauvignon Blancs. Its exceptionally fruity bouquet is reminiscent of passion fruit, lychee, melon, and a hint of lime. Its depth is impressive for this price range. A small portion of the Sauvignon Blanc was aged in French oak barrels, which lends it remarkable complexity. Kosher Lamehadrin, Kosher for Passover, Rabbi Avraham D. Golan Heights Winery

Golan Heights Winery – vineyards north of the Sea of Galilee, at altitudes between 400 and 1,100 meters. Volcanic soils, a cool climate – ideal conditions for wine. In 1983, four kibbutzim and moshavim joined forces and founded the winery in Katzrin. In 1992, winemaker Victor Schoenfeld joined, bringing experience from France and America. His influence contributed significantly to its success. The award-winning Yarden line is adorned with a mosaic-decorated oil lamp. "Yarden" – the Hebrew word for Jordan. A wine region that surprises and delights.
