Yarden Mount Hermon White

The Mount Hermon White is a cuvée of Muscat, Viognier, and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. In the glass, it appears light yellow with greenish reflections. Its fruity bouquet offers aromas of green apples, pears, gooseberries, and a hint of peach. Juicy and round, yet harmonious and equipped with a long finish, this is how the wine presents itself in the mouth. A quite uncomplicated pleasure that makes you want more.

The Winery

Golan Heights Winery

The Golan Heights Winery – vineyards north of the Sea of Galilee, at altitudes between 400 and 1,100 meters. Volcanic soils, cool climate – the best conditions for wine. In 1983, four kibbutzim and moshavim joined forces and founded the winery in Katzrin.

In 1992, winemaker Victor Schoenfeld joined, with experience from France and America. His influence contributed significantly to the success.

The multi-award-winning Yarden line is adorned with a mosaic-decorated oil lamp. "Yarden" – the Hebrew word for Jordan. A wine region that surprises and inspires.
