Yarden Chardonnay

The Yarden Chardonnay from the Golan Heights displays a beautiful straw yellow color in the glass. The nose reveals aromas of citrus fruits, pears, and apples. On the palate, its lovely structure, full body, and complexity are evident. The wine is aged for seven months in French oak barrels, which imparts a wonderful depth. A Chardonnay of exceptional quality at a great price! Kosher Lamehadrin, Kosher for Passover, Rabbi Avraham D. Oyerbach, Tiberias, according to EU Regulation C375/05

Golan Heights Winery

Golan Heights Winery – vineyards north of the Sea of ​​Galilee, at altitudes between 400 and 1,100 meters. Volcanic soils, a cool climate – ideal conditions for wine. In 1983, four kibbutzim and moshavim joined forces and founded the winery in Katzrin. In 1992, winemaker Victor Schoenfeld joined, bringing experience from France and America. His influence contributed significantly to its success. The award-winning Yarden line is adorned with a mosaic-decorated oil lamp. "Yarden" – the Hebrew word for Jordan. A wine region that surprises and delights.
