Ulisse Pecorino Terre D'Abruzzo

Pecorino from Abruzzo is one of the most exciting rediscoveries in the Italian wine world—a grape variety that was virtually unknown for a long time and now stands for fresh, characterful white wines. Tenuta Ulisse, one of the region's most ambitious estates, vinifies it with a long, cool fermentation at 11°C—the result is a wine with a vibrant acidity and clear aromas.

In the glass, it displays a pale yellow with green reflections. The nose offers white peach, lemon zest, and a hint of pineapple—pure and light-bodied. On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied, with a vibrant acidity that carries the wine through to a fresh, clean finish.

Serving suggestion: Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C, ideally young (by 2026). Pairs well with grilled sea bass, zucchini risotto, mild goat cheese, or light pasta dishes with herbs.
