Linea Ulisse Selezione Rosé

A rosé from Abruzzo that has more substance than the delicate salmon pink in the glass suggests — thanks to Tenuta Ulisse's consistent focus on terroir and careful selection of the best parcels.

Tenuta Ulisse is one of the most ambitious wineries in Abruzzo. The winery focuses on indigenous grape varieties and consistently brings out the characteristic minerality of the central Italian hill country — with results that have attracted international attention: The 2019 vintage was awarded 97 points by Luca Maroni.

In the glass, the Selezione Rosé displays a clear salmon pink hue. The nose opens with aromas of red berries, pomegranate, and a hint of wild herbs, typical of the Mediterranean hills of Abruzzo. On the palate, a vibrant citrus line—blood orange, a touch of lime—leaves the wine with a vibrant character. The finish is pleasantly dry, with a salty, mineral note that leaves you wanting another sip.
