Ulisse Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOP

This rosé wine is made exclusively from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, harvested in early October. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12°C. The Ulisse Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo shines with its bright, cherry-pink rosé color. In the glass, it unfolds delicate, elegant notes of ripe red fruits with hints of strawberry and cherry, culminating in a finish of floral aromas. On the palate, it displays a wonderfully lively character with a long, aromatic finish. Luca Maroni: 95 points for the 2015 vintage
