Iselis Bianco Nasco di Cagliari dry DOC Sardinia 1.5L

The Iselis Bianco is cold-macerated, followed by gentle pressing, natural decanting, fermentation with temperature control, and approx. 60 days of aging on the fine lees. A small portion of must is fermented and aged in small French oak barrels. The wine is straw yellow. In the fragrance, it has a lush and harmonious bouquet with notes of yellow blossoms, tropical fruits, and a slight hint of musk in the background. On the palate, it is soft and supple; the aromas of the fragrance return on the palate, the finish is very long and pleasantly lingering. Appetizers with fish, Culurgiones (Sardinian dumplings) with potato filling and mint, risotto with seafood or artichokes, linguine with mussels, steamed or roasted fish, white meat, medium-aged cheese.

The Winery

Argiolas

Argiolas – the cradle of the Sardinian wine renaissance. Founded in 1938 by Antonio Argiolas in Serdiana, the 230-hectare winery is managed today in the third generation by his grandchildren. Antonio was ahead of his time: larger vineyard areas, focus on quality.

With oenologist legend Giacomo Tachis as a consultant, the sons invested in modernization. Only indigenous grape varieties are cultivated – many almost forgotten. Vermentino, Cannonau, Monica, Carignano – the Mediterranean climate gives them ideal conditions.

The highlight: Turriga, regularly awarded 3 glasses in the Gambero Rosso. Sardinian, elegant, international. Over 2 million bottles annually – Sardinian wine culture for the world.
