Double Passo Primitivo Rosato Puglia

A rosé from southern Italy that shows what Primitivo can do even in its lighter version: power with lightness, fruit with structure.

Botter has been one of the most reliable interpreters of Apulian grape varieties for decades. The Doppio Passo Rosato follows the signature style of the entire line: hand-picked Primitivo grapes from Puglia, processed using the characteristic double fermentation, which gives the wine more depth and aromatic intensity than classic rosé methods.

In the glass, it shines a rich raspberry pink. The nose is dominated by red fruits—ripe strawberry, blackberry, and a hint of pomegranate. On the palate, it displays the typical warmth of Primitivo: full-bodied, with soft acidity and a long, slightly spicy finish.
