Cuore Verde Foresta Ombrosa Primitivo

The organic wine Cuore Verde Foresta Ombrosa is a full-bodied red wine made from Primitivo grapes. Its opulent bouquet is reminiscent of a blend of deep, dark berries, ripe plums, and delicate spices. On the palate, it is surprisingly full-bodied and smooth, revealing a touch of residual sweetness. The name Cuore Verde Foresta Ombrosa is a reminder that southern Italy was once covered in primeval forests. A portion of these forests has been preserved in the north: the Foresta Ombrosa, also known as the "Green Heart" of Apulia. The vines for this wine grow not far from this "Green Heart" of Apulia (Cuore Verde).

Botter is an Italian winery founded in 1928 by Carlo Botter. Today, it is run by the third generation of the family and located approximately 30 km northeast of Venice on the Piave River. The winery boasts over 160 hectares of vineyards spread across two sites: Divici and La Di Motta, the former being the newer of the two. Divici features a state-of-the-art cellar with a storage capacity of approximately 500,000 liters. The winery cultivates grape varieties including Primitivo, Nero d'Avala, Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera, and Sangiovese.
