Solera Familiar Fino del Puerto

Solera Familiar Fino del Puerto
A Fino that bears its place of origin in the glass: El Puerto de Santa María , located directly on the Atlantic coast, brings cooler, wetter conditions than Jerez – and thus a thicker flor layer that protects and shapes the wine for longer.
Biologically matured under live flor yeast, Solera system, straw-pale color. On the nose, bread dough, sea salt, and a clear seaweed accent; on the palate, dry and lean with invigorating acidity and a mineral finish. Subtle alcohol, clear structure.
Serve well chilled (7–9 °C), drink freshly opened. Pairs well with Manzanilla classics: prawns, Jamón ibérico, fried sardines or mild Manchego cheese.

Emilio Lustau is one of the most renowned sherry bodegas in Spain – and a real insider tip for anyone who really wants to understand fortified wines.
In sun-drenched Jerez de la Frontera, where 300 days of sunshine a year set the rhythm, sherries of impressive depth are produced: nutty Amontillados, velvety Pedro Ximénez, and the salty, vibrant Manzanilla Papirusa – matured under the cool sea breeze of the Guadalquivir. Each glass tells a story of time, craftsmanship, and a distinctive terroir.
Prepare to be surprised – Lustau will show you how versatile and fascinating sherry can truly be.
