Lustau Pedro Ximenez Sherry San Emilio Solera Reserva

Pedro Ximénez from the Lustau estate – one of the most renowned producers in Jerez. The dried PX grapes yield a sherry distinguished by its exceptional density: dark brown with a golden rim, almost syrupy in its flow.

On the nose, caramel, date and raisin, with a distinct mocha note. Sweet on the palate, but with enough structure to avoid being flat – a long, spicy finish with a hint of dark chocolate.

Neat at 12–14 °C over vanilla ice cream, with strong blue cheese like Gorgonzola, or as an accompaniment to dark chocolate. Also a perfect choice as a digestif after heavy meals.

Emilio Lustau

Emilio Lustau is one of the most renowned sherry bodegas in Spain – and a real insider tip for anyone who really wants to understand fortified wines.

In sun-drenched Jerez de la Frontera, where 300 days of sunshine a year set the rhythm, sherries of impressive depth are produced: nutty Amontillados, velvety Pedro Ximénez, and the salty, vibrant Manzanilla Papirusa – matured under the cool sea breeze of the Guadalquivir. Each glass tells a story of time, craftsmanship, and a distinctive terroir.

Prepare to be surprised – Lustau will show you how versatile and fascinating sherry can truly be.
