Vermut Rojo

Vermut Rojo
A vermouth whose character derives from the interplay of two sherry types: Amontillado provides the dry, nutty structure, while Pedro Ximénez contributes velvety depth and aromas of ripe dark fruits. Both mature using the classic Solera-Criadera system —a process that layers vintages, creating consistency and complexity in one go.
In the glass: ripe fruit, citrus peel, and herbs against a backdrop of lightly smoky wood. On the palate, velvety with a delicate sweetness balanced by a subtle bitterness. The finish is reminiscent of hazelnut, lingering and ending dry.
Neat on ice with a slice of orange, as a base for a classic Negroni or as an aperitif with olives and Manchego cheese.

Each glass tells a story of time, craftsmanship, and a distinctive terroir.
Prepare to be surprised – Lustau will show you how versatile and fascinating sherry can truly be.
