Vermut Blanco

Vermut Blanco
Fino and Moscatel as base wines—this is unusual for a vermouth and explains the complex profile of this blanco. The Fino component brings salinity and dryness, the Moscatel floral depth and a hint of almond.
In the glass, it displays citrusy and floral notes with balsamic herbal undertones. On the palate, it is light and refreshing, with a distinctly dry and bitter finish—characterized by wormwood, gentian, and chamomile. Marjoram and rosemary provide an invigorating freshness that gives structure to the bitter notes.
Neat over ice with a lemon zest, as a base for a white Negroni, or classically with tonic. Especially good with olives, jamón, or roasted nuts.

Emilio Lustau is one of the most renowned sherry bodegas in Spain – and a real insider tip for anyone who really wants to understand fortified wines.
In sun-drenched Jerez de la Frontera, where 300 days of sunshine a year set the rhythm, sherries of impressive depth are produced: nutty Amontillados, velvety Pedro Ximénez, and the salty, vibrant Manzanilla Papirusa – matured under the cool sea breeze of the Guadalquivir. Each glass tells a story of time, craftsmanship, and a distinctive terroir.
Prepare to be surprised – Lustau will show you how versatile and fascinating sherry can truly be.
