Behind the group are traditional bodegas like Valdespino and Real Tesoro , whose history stretches back centuries. Here, sherries of true character are created: from the dry, salty Fino to the velvety Oloroso – aged in ancient solera systems that silently pass on their knowledge from cask to cask.

Grupo Estevez unites some of the most important bodegas of the Sherry Triangle under one roof – including Valdespino, one of the oldest still-operating bodegas in Jerez de la Frontera , and Real Tesoro with its long history in the Manzanilla and Fino styles. What unites them is a consistent adherence to the Solera method, in which wines mature for many years in stacked barrels and slowly blend together.

The result is sherries with distinctive character – the Fino displays the typical salinity and yeasty notes created by the flor, the layer of yeast that protects the wine from oxidation in the barrel. The Oloroso, on the other hand, matures oxidatively, developing notes of walnut, dried fruit, and dark chocolate. Both styles reflect the terroir of the Albariza soils: chalky white limestone that retains moisture and provides stability to the vines in the Andalusian heat.
