Dry Sack Medium Sherry

Dry Sack Medium Sherry
Williams & Humbert's Dry Sack Medium Sherry is a classic Oloroso blend from Jerez de la Frontera, the sherry capital. Amber in color in the glass, with an aroma immediately reminiscent of roasted walnuts and dried figs.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and smooth, with noticeable but subtle sweetness and low acidity—typical of the medium style, which lies between a dry Fino and a sweet Cream. The finish is long, slightly oxidative, and nutty.
Traditionally served slightly chilled (12–14 °C) as an aperitif or after a meal. Pairs well with Manchego cheese, chorizo, walnut cake, or dark chocolate.

Williams & Humbert is one of the great names of Jerez – founded in 1877, it is today one of the most traditional houses in Andalusia. From its extensive bodegas in Jerez de la Frontera come sherries that cover the entire spectrum of the Solera system: from bone-dry Fino to dark, nutty Oloroso. The characteristic combination of Atlantic climate, Albariza chalk soils, and decades of cask aging makes every sip a piece of Jerez history.
